DR. BEN LAHOOD

Dr Ben LaHood is a world recognised expert in ophthalmology. His research work is frequently published and presented worldwide. Dr LaHood is now frequently invited to speak on cataract and refractive surgery topics worldwide. Ben also regularly teaches other ophthalmologists, trainee surgeons, and optometrists.

Ben undertook subspecialty training in refractive surgery in Adelaide, Australia where he was mentored by A/Professor Michael Goggin to become an authority on astigmatism management, premium IOL implantation and laser vision correction. Recently Ben has returned to South Australia to take up an ophthalmology appointment at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and return to his private practice with Dr Goggin at Ashford Advanced Eye Care.
