AUSCRS 2024 - Hamilton Island - Done and Dusted!
It was winter 2024, when the sun’s warmth was lacking and the days were often grey, there was a siren song wafting down from Australia’s sun-drenched north.
It started as the whisper of a few notes and then it built to a clear voice and then a chorus calling all to a new I-land Home……… And come they did!
For those who had never answered the call before, there was a curiosity and, let us say, they were not disappointed…..For those who have heard it before, the annual migration up the east coast and across the continent was where the re- gathering began!
AUSCRS 2024 once again raised the bar - the largest meeting to date - including largest number of Advanced Trainees, Doctors, Support Staff Exhibition and Gala Dinner attendees.
Many thanks to our wonderful overseas speakers - especially to those who had not experienced an AUSCRS meeting before. Their enthusiasm with our costumes continues to set AUSCRS apart from all other conferences world wide!
